How To Prepare For Your Session
Please review our recommendations below to prepare for your time in the Sweat & Serenity Sauna Suite!

ARRIVAL
Our sauna is the perfect way to relax and unwind. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session start time so that we can properly prepare you for your session.

HYDRATE
We want you to get the most out of your sauna session. That's why we recommend drinking plenty of water before your session to stay fully hydrated.

ATTIRE
We want all of our members to feel comfortable and confident in our sauna. Please make sure to wear some form of clothing such as a bathing suit or shorts. We also recommend bringing a towel to sit on for hygiene purposes.
What to Expect During the Session
The Infrared Sauna at our studio is designed to provide the ultimate relaxation experience. You can adjust the temperature to suit your personal preferences and start at a comfortable 130-140º Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes per session.
As you acclimate to the heat, you can work your way up to higher temperatures or longer sessions, and enjoy the benefits that come with this therapeutic experience.

During your first session, it may take 10-20 minutes to break a sweat. This is because our sauna is heating your body directly, passively raising your core temperature 2-3 degrees. As your body becomes more accustomed to raising your core temperature on a regular basis, your sweat will become more excessive and start sooner into your session.
