Caribbean Beatz is a 50 minute dance fitness class featuring movements inspired by various styles of Caribbean dance and performed primarily to Caribbean music.

Beginner's Xtreme Hip Hop Step

This is a beginner class. Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a revamp of traditional step aerobics. With routines set to old and new school hip hop, it makes you want to get up and move while getting a great calorie burn!

The COMMIT Dance Fitness Experience is a dynamic, fun filled HIIT-style dance workout. The Commit setlist is designed and influenced with a HIIT-style focus. The COMMIT Choreography is taught in levels to introduce movement and modification to ensure each student's success. Some of the choreography is created with a fitness element hidden with dance and others are solely focused on the fitness element.

FIT BodyWerk is a lightweight dumbbell workout to the beat of your favorite music. In this class, you will burn calories as you flow through a variety of exercises to sculpt and tone your body into shape! Notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. A total body workout!

FIT Bootcamp

This is a group fitness class that uses power, strength and agility through its military inspired circuit workout that will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch, lift, and more for a full-body workout. In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated.
