  Caribbean Beatz

FFAP Standard Class

Caribbean Beatz is a dance fitness class featuring movements inspired by various styles of Caribbean dance and performed primarily to Caribbean music.

Commit Dance Fitness

Mondays 7:00PM

FFAP Standard Class

Commit is a dynamic, fun-filled HIIT-style dance workout taught in levels to introduce movement and modification to ensure each student's success. Some of the choreography is created with a fitness element hidden with dance and others are solely focused on the fitness element.

FIT BodyWerk

Thursdays 6:00PM

FFAP Standard Class

FIT BodyWerk is a lightweight dumbbell workout to the beat of your favorite music. In this class, you will burn calories as you flow through a variety of exercises to sculpt and tone your body into shape! Notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance, and strength. A total body workout!

FIT Bootcamp

Tuesdays 7:00PM

This is a group fitness class that uses power, strength and agility through its military inspired circuit workout that will push you to your limits.

 Line Dancing

Thursdays 7:00PM

FFAP Standard Class

Line dancing is a choreographed dance in which a group of people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps. Come learn some new dances and have fun with the old line dances.

 

Xtreme Hip Hop Step

Xtreme Hip Hop is a revamp of traditional step aerobics. With routines set to old and new school hip hop, it makes you want to get up and move while getting a great calorie burn!

Zumba

Tuesdays 6:00PM

FFAP Standard Class

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
